You bought the house. This is everything that goes in it before the first guest: how many of each thing for your bedroom and bathroom count, what it costs at three budget levels, and where to get it. Tick items off as you buy them. The quantities come from the minimum list a corporate-housing manager handed me before I furnished my own rentals, plus what a nightly rental needs on top.
